About
I'm a content designer and product strategist with 13 years of experience building products people actually want to use, most recently at Meta.
I push upstream, into product strategy and how something works, before the design is locked. By the time a product ships, its content problems are usually already baked in. No amount of good writing fixes a product that doesn't behave the way people expect.
The hard part is rarely the writing. It's the judgment calls: what we're actually trying to solve, what we know versus what we're assuming, what would change our minds. I spend as much time on those questions as on execution.
After 8 years at Meta, I'm looking for the next hard problem worth solving, on a team where content design has real influence on product direction.
Outside of work, I live just north of Seattle with my wife Irena, our two retired racing greyhounds Pam and Doodle, and a running list of birds I've probably misidentified.
